How to Request Cancellation

Email attestation@vlsinternational.in from your registered email with your order ID, full name, and reason for cancellation.

Refund Categories

• Full Refund – If the requested Service is not available or cannot be initiated due to our limitations.
• Partial Refund – If a Service is partially completed, we will deduct actual expenses incurred (e.g., government/embassy fees, courier, translations) and refund the balance.
• No Refund – If documents submitted are fake/forged; if Service is fully completed; or if rejection occurs due to authority-side reasons beyond our control, including adverse verification.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method via Razorpay. Bank posting times may vary.

Government/Embassy Fees

All third-party fees already paid are non-recoverable and will be deducted where applicable.
