Scope

We provide services; no physical goods are sold. When originals are required, we arrange safe collection and return.

Document Collection Options

• In-person submission at our office (with receipt)
• Courier pickup (paid by client unless otherwise agreed)

Return of Originals

Upon completion/cancellation, originals are returned via in-person handover or insured courier to the address confirmed by you.

Transit & Liability

We use reputable couriers and tamper-evident packaging. Risk in transit is subject to the courier's terms. We are not liable for delays/damage/loss caused by the courier; we will support claims wherever possible.

Packaging

Clients should avoid laminations on certificates (often rejected by authorities) and use rigid folders when shipping to us.
