You must be 18+ and provide true, complete information. Submission of fake or forged documents is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of Services and legal action, with no refund.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices may vary by document type, destination country, urgency, and courier needs. Taxes and government/embassy fees are additional where applicable.

5. Timelines & Dependencies

Processing times are estimates. Delays may occur due to government holidays, verification queries, jurisdictional changes, or embassy backlogs. Such delays are beyond our control.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

7. Liability

We handle documents with care. However, we are not liable for delays, rejections by authorities, or courier transit issues beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
